Can I program on the designed form in outlook?

When i am adding the contact... component in a designed form. can i program
the function of the button, so when i click on it, it will open the contact
folder in the public folder for example, rather than open the default user's
contacts.
 
No, the Select Contacts dialog box cannot be controlled with code in any way.
