Hi
I have 100+ research questionnaire Word documents in one file that I would
like to print out. Is there any way I can select all and print all, so that I
can get on with something else while they're being printed please?

Any help is gratefully appreciated.

Carole

I suspect you mean they're all in one folder? If they were all in one file,
there would be no problem.

OOOps, silly me, yes, one in one FOLDER.

Any suggestion as how to do that please?

You can select a group of files (in Windows Explorer, not within Word),
right-click, and choose Print. Word will open each in turn and print it (and
close it?). If you have background printing enabled (Tools | Options |
Print), you should be able to continue working on something else. Since I've
never actually done this, I'm stating theory only!

Many thanks. I'll try it out.
