Can I paste & AUTO-format to destnation?

Doing a lot of cutting and pasting. Can't figure out how to set paste
function to automatically format to the destination document. Looked in
Tools- Options -Edit - Settings, and nothing looks right. I would rather not
bother with the prompt everytime.

I hate that little clipboard.
