Can i move my users from old Forest to the new with different name???

What do you mean by to "the new with different name"? I
assume that you mean that the Forest to which the user
account objects will be moved has a different name from
the one in which the originated?

If that is the case, take a look at ADMT v2. That would
be the Active Directory Migration Tool.

Is the "new" Forest ( domain ) in NATIVE Mode? It would
need to be for this tool. I believe that this requirement
would be the same for MOVETREE ( which, by the way, does
not do INTERFOREST activity - IIRC ). I believe that
MOVETREE does only INTRAFOREST activity.
