Can I migrate from Win2K Advanced Server to WinXP Pro?

Hello, I was wondering if someone can help me with this.
I'm currently running my office intranet on a Win2K
Advanced Server which I want to replace with XP Pro with
IIS. Can this be done without a format/dual boot? I'd
like XP to inherit web/iis settings from Win2K if
possible.

Thanks in advance for any replies.

Win 2k Advanced server is a server Operating system. The equivalent "server"
OS would be Win 2003 Server.
Windows XP Pro is a Workstation operating system.

You can upgrade to Windows 2003 from Win 2k advanced server, but you can not
upgrade Win 2k Server to XP pro. A format and reinstall is required.

Also any OS other than the server OS will only accept 10 concurrent
connections.
