Can I list the open files I have to a network share?

I'm having some trouble with my NAS not going into hibernation after I open
files on it (watching movies stored on the NAS). I suspect that the app is
keeping the file open - is there a way to verify this?

I mounted the NAS before, but then it never went into hibernation so I
changed it to always access the files as \\servername\share.

If I restart the media center the NAS goes into hibernation again. The NAS
makes much more noise when spinning so I'm trying to keep it sleeping when
not using it.

I'm using MCE 2005, the app is called MyMovies.

- MCE 2005
- Synology CS-406 NAS
- D-Link DGL-4300 Router

Thanks

Right Click on My computer.
Select Manage.
Select Shared Files.
Select Open Files.

You should find the info you need here

Thank you - that would show me how many files that are open towards my shares
(on this machine) I think (/mange/Open Folders/Open Files). I have confirmed
that the media center has a connecton to the NAS (only removed when I stop
the media center app).

The author of the application I use has replied with the following:

The .NET Framework does not have the option to "close" a folder, so this
must be something within Windows internally.

Not sure where to look now...
