can i install frontpage 2003 in two computers?

Yes, but you may have to use Telephone Activation on the second one.

but only if the copy of FrontPage is not an OEM version, and one computer is
a desktop and the other is a laptop.
Some other licensing variations exist which may impose further
restrictions - read the software license.
