Can I install frontpage 2002+2003 on a client without problems?

At the company I'm working at we have a webserver with frontpage 2002
extensions. Our clients will soon be upgraded to Windows XP Professional
(present Windows 2000) and thus we will have frontpage 2003 in our standard
build. Would it be a problem if we install Frontpage 2002 above this build,
or would it be wiser to remove 2003 and install 2002 afterwards? The
extensions on the server are not likely to be updated soon. We want to keep
using 2002 for all authors that work on this server, but we would also like
to explore the new features and functionalities in FP 2003.

Any feedback on this topic is highly appreciated!

The FP 2002 extensions *are* the latest extensions.

What do you mean "thus we will have frontpage 2003 in our standard build"?
FP 2003 does not come with Windows.
