Can I hide domain box on Login screen ?

I am trying to setup a website that requires NT authentication but want to
remove the Domain box so it logs onto 1 set domain can this be done.
Also are there any tools to change the look and feel of the login Box ?
 
If you login using the UPN login it will do this; ie: (e-mail address removed)
in the username field. I don't know how to force UPN login though.
There is a way to edit a registry key per machine to do it, but no GPO.
 
Is there a FIX avalable for the ISA server not using UPN ?, Does anyone have
that fix
