Can I have a laptop configured to access a Static IP net work and a DHCP system

I have a remote office it a sister office. Do to politics I need to use the
static IP they are providing me however since the users will be going back
and forth between offices, is there a way to set multiple profiles one that
would support the static office and one that would support the DHCP office.
The users will not have admin or advanced rights. If this is possible can
you tell me how to do it or point me on the right path.

Yes do a search on google or wherever. There is a small program that
will let you setup multiple configurations for one nic and then switch
between at will.
