I need help to get my TV window to stay on top of the
other windows. I used to be able to do it with my old
machine using a win TV card. Now I have a machine which
uses Windows XP Media and I can't find the option for it?

What I would like to know is how you are getting a TV signal in Windows
Media Player. I have an ATI AIW card, which contains software to view TV.
I have no idea how I would view TV in Windows Media Player. Perhaps you
have an idea.

There may not be an option. Whether or not that function exists depends on
the software. If you can't find it in the options or preferences of the
software, then the function likely is not there. You should contact the
distributor of your TV software for further assistance regarding this.

Hi guys, thanks for the replies. It's not actually
Windows Media Player. I have just bought a PC with
Windows XP Media on it. It is the Media part of XP that
is playing the TV and there is a WinTV card in the PC.
However, no option to stay on top ?
