If you get office 2003 preinstalled on your computer, you get a free upgrade
to office 2007. I only have Visio 2003 preinstalled am I still elligible for

Your question may be better answered in a newsgroup appropriate to your
problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft Access database

Talk to your computer vendor. They are the ones handing out upgrades, not
Microsoft. Microsoft's Windows Marketplace upgrade packages start at $217.
