I'm not sure about this one, but my guess is that you really should keep it.
This is an automatic backup of some critical Registry and other files.
Deleting this one would be a BAD idea. On my WinXP Pro computer, it's only
10 MB, so it's not that big a deal.

This folder, as the name suggests, holds files needed to install drivers and
other software to support your ATI graphics card. For details, see
www.ati.com. ATI releases updated drivers pretty frequently, and each set
is a large (usually 20MB+) download. You probably do need to keep the
latest version you've installed, as a backup, at least until you download
and install the next version. But only ATI can advise you for sure on this.
You might get some good user-to-user advice from the ATI gurus who hang out
