Can I get Access to automatically open database when launched?

I want to launch Access from within another windows application, which works
fine. However, I wasnt it to autromatically open database when it launches.
Is this possible?

After listing the MSAccess.exe, just leave a space followed by the full path
and filename of the MDB you want to open.
