Can I download a dictionary to Word 2003?

I would like the option to look up words in Word, is this possible?
 
In Word 2003, select the Word and right-click on it. One of your options
should be Lookup.
This will open up the Research Task Pane, and it should have a definition
for your word. If not, check out the options link at the bootom of the Task
Pane to see if you have an active dictionary.
