Can I delete $uninstallkb######$

I have a space problem and am wondering if it is safe to delete the many
files from updates. They're the ones $UninstallKB######$. If I'm sure that
the patch is working fine, is it safe to delete them?

Sure.

If you have installed HotFixes or Service packs and the platform is stable, the uninstallers
can be deleted.
