can i delete a file on www (internet)

i have a question

when i type the name of a friend on www (google) their is a file about
him (and he don't know who made this file) and with wrong information

how can we delete this file or how to exclude this file on www???

is it possible?? or what can i do stop this
 
Publishing lies about someone is 'slander' under the laws of all civilized
nations. You have legal recourse. Do a 'whois' on the server address to
determine the owner.
