It might say more than enough if we knew what "windings" were.
On a hunch I'm gonna guess you mean Wingdings, which is a font just like
Times New Roman or Arial except that the characters aren't alphanumeric. If
you mean "can you add characters" to the Wingdings font the answer is no.
However, if you have the appropriate software & requisite knowledge for
designing your own fonts you can create anything you wish.
There is a way to add a character to a font (I found it once while
exploring all the options in the Fonts window or in the CharacterMap
window) -- but be warned, designing even one character is nowhere near
as simple as it seems!
