can I copy something to move email accounts to another computer?

I am moving to a new computer and would rather not recopy email accounts. Is
it possible?

Accounts are usually stored in the Registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles
