Can I Copy my Contacts into BCM?

I know you can right click your emails and send them to your Contacts folder,
but not to BCM, which IMO is a major flaw with BCM.
Is there anyway to copy your Contacts into BCM?
Thanks in advance for your answers!
 
Just select the Contacts you want to copy and choose Edit, Copy to Folder
and choose your BCM Contacts folder.
