Can I connect wifi while using modem dialup?

I'm using WindowXP Professional to connect to my Unix Server through modem
dialup. I would like to know if when I am connected to my Unix Server, would
I be able to setup my PC such that, I can use internet connection through my
Wireless LAN? Someone please advice and how to setup.
