Can I change the subject line of the Out of Office auto reply?

I want to set up an auto reply to every email sent to a particular email
address. I do not want the subject line to read "Out of Office" - is there a
way to do this?
 
You could use the Rules Wizard. You have left out all the useful
information such as Version, message store etc.
