Can I change domain name in AD

I have two DC and One exchange 2000 server and one ISA server installed
on Domain name xyz.com.qa can I change the domainname to xyz.com without
any probelm ?

No

You cannot change domain names in 2000 AD. You will need to bring up
another domain and migrate to that one. A lot of work to do this, every
machine needs to be changed. 2003 has this feature available once you are
native in 2003
