Can I can have 2 different email address's going into Outlook

if you have an old one that can be used for HTTP access, you'll set up an
http account type. Note that newer hotmail accounts don't support HTTP.

1) Ask in an Outlook Express newsgroup
2) No. A Hotmail account will have its own folders.
