Can I add to or replace the selection buttons on the "save as" box

When I left click on a file attachment (in an email for example), I can
choose to "save as." When I select "save as" it takes me to a pop up box
where I can navigate to the file folder of my choice.

On the left side, there are 5 square buttons (RECENT, DESKTOP, MYDOCS, MY
COMPUTER, and MY NETWORK PLACES) which act as shortcuts to these locations.

Is there any way I can change one of these to a folder of my choice? I
would like to replace "MY NETWORK PLACES" with a particular subfolder in "MY
PICTURES."

Thanks for any comments or suggestions for where to find such instructions.
