Can I add a rule to my auto signature?

I would like to have two auto signatures, one for internal use (containing a
link to our Intranet) and one for external use. Is this possible?

You can have two signatures, but only one of them will be applied automatically.

Hey Sev,
I had a similar problem and decided to use two formats of email to
accomplish my task.
You can make a separate signature for each format of email you use. IE
HTML could have your company links, Rich Text Format could have your standard
signature, and then you have Plain Text also.
Then you can make a rule to reply to a certain person or groups of persons
in a certain format automatically and thus acheive your task!

This is a WORKAROUND and takes a little extra effort but it does work.

To set up a person or persons to be replied to in a certain format do this
(copied from Outlook Help):
Change the format for all messages sent to a particular Internet recipient

Open the contact card for the person.
In the E-mail box, double-click the contact's e-mail address.
In the Internet Format list, select the format you want to use for messages
to this recipient.
Notes

You can only change the format for all messages sent to a contact with an
SMTP e-mail address.

wondering? Thanks for the per format signature idea!

This solution changes all messages to certain contacts to plain text, it
does not change the sig for internal and external recipients (which is what
the op asked about) - although you could change the plain text sig file (and
hope outlook doesn't change it to match the HTML sigs). It's a YMMV
solution - its never worked for me with outlook 2003 or 2007.
