can GPO remove software like...

Hello,

With GPO, I was wondering if I would be able to either
remove a software like msn messenger or perhaps even
delete the folders they are installed in? I know it can be
done in win 2k3 GPO but I'm not sure if I can do the same
with GPO 2000. The tricky part is that messenger has it's
own folder but so does the new 6.1 version which is
located under \msn messenger folder. Any help is greatly
appreciated.
