Can FrontPage 2003 be installed on & run from a jump drive?

I want to be able to take FP 2003 with me everywhere on a removable drive, so
that I can work on my published webs from anyone's Internet-accessible
computer. Can I simply install it to removable drive as I would to any hard
drive, and have it work, given registry considerations, etc.?
 
You'd have to install it on each computer, since during installation,
certain files are placed in the local system directories. The bulk of the
install could point to the jump drive, but some files would have to reside
on the local machine.
