can email some addresses but not others (yahoo,earthlink)

What happens when you try to send to some of those addresses?

Subject: test message
Sent: 9/15/2005 5:56 PM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

(e-mail address removed)' on 9/15/2005 5:56 PM
None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient.
 
Could it be that your ISPs mail server is blacklisted by Earthlink and
others?
 
I don't think so, when I was using outlook express I never had a problem.
It's when I started using outlook 2003 that I couldn't email to several
different email servers

Sounds like you're not properly authentication to the outgoing server.
