Can data validation also autocomplete?

I want to know if you can have the entry cell autocomplete when it has
drop down bx. Is this possible?

No, you can't. But if want to have the autocomplete feature and still have
data validation, what you can do is copy your data validation list to a
range above your entry area. This will enable autocompletion from your
validation list, though not at the same time, if you use the dropdown....
