Can Close Explorer Windows - Keep being re-directed

Help!!
Somehow, this website "www.locator.com" has attached
itself to my browser, such that I will often times be re-
directed to this particular website. An added feature of
this "new association" with this website is that I
typically cannot close any browser windows. The
little "x" in the upper right-hand corner no longer
works. Neither will "left-clicking" my mouse and
selecting the "Close" option.

Download "Hijack This!" [freeware] or download direct (below):

If you get a 404 error or Access denied, try:

Unzip, double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates "hijackthis.log")

Next, HijackThis | Config [button] | Misc Tools [button]
Click: Generate StartupList log [button] (generates "startuplist.txt")

Next, go to the below location:

Sign in, then copy and paste both files in your message.
