Can business contact manager be hosted online?

I am wondering if Business Contact Manager for Outlook can be hosted online,
instead of on a local server? My company would prefer to access the database
online instead of over a VPN connection to our server (which is not always
reliable). Does anyone know if this is possible? Thanks!

Hi,
I am wanting to know the same thing as a group of companies mine belongs to
would like to share a customer database and we are all on different networks.
An option is to purchase a hosted provider like Salesforce.com however would
prefer BCM.

Can anyone advise if BCM can be hosted?
