Can auto text entries in Word be exported?

A report that will be personalized for each of our clients includes many
optional phrases to be selected by the staff member preparing the report. Is
it possible to export the auto-text entries into a file that can be added to
each staff member's computer?
 
AutoText entries are stored in templates. You can certainly share a
template, which can be loaded as a global add-in.
