Can anybody help me?

Hi!
Suddenly, when I reply to an incoming message and when the text area opens,
Outlook inserts a name between square brackets the moment I press the
spacebar or any other key. Strangely enough, that does *not* happen all the
time, but say 8 out of 10.

Is there someone, that has (solved) this issue? How did you do that?
