can any one answer the nero 5.5 question please!!!........

i installed my nero 5.5 burning rom to down load music since im havimg problems with my realpalyer10 ( wont burn correctly)...
 
Uninstall Nero 5.5. Log in as admin and reinstall. That's all I can think of
right now.
