Can an all day occurrence be moved to the bottom of the day?

Can you post an all day occurrence to show at the bottom of a specific day
instead of across the top?

Also is there a way to move the p.m. occurrences closer to the bottom of the
day instead of right under another a.m. occurrence?

I don't believe there is any way for you to control the placement of events
in the display.
