I have a conferecne in Spain and the company I am getting
computers from only has Spanish Window XP and Office XP
can they be reset to English or is it only Spanish. Also
They only have Spanish Keyboards. If I bring English

Windows XP is written in specific language versions, therefore one
cannot change it from one language version to another. You'll need
to purchase a "Full Version" of Windows XP in the language version
you desire, reformat your drive and install it "clean".

Or if you have an available empty drive or partition, you can install
another "Full Version" of Windows XP in a different language version
and create a dual-boot configuration.

A good third-party partitioning program is Partition Magic 8.

While you can't change the basic operating language of WinXP
or Office, you can install support for just about whatever
language you want. So yes, if you attach an English keyboard
to a Spanish WinXP setup and install English language
support (in other words, keyboard) from the Control Panel,
you will be able to type in English on that machine. All the
menus, help screens, etc will remain in Spanish however.
