Can a javascript rollover menu be embedded into a word template?

Objective: give users ability to cruise a menu of choices via javascript
rollovers and select any item (ie, legal boilerplate) so it will pop into a
new document that is being built from the template (ie, a contract).

No.
Use an autotextlist field
or
add suitable autotexts to a menu on a custom toolbar
or
Use Includetext fields
or
Use the boiler.dot add-in you can download from my web site to insert
documents at the cursor.
