A quick Google for "CameraFixer.exe" brings up quote a few links
relating to malware, but that is inconclusive. I also found this site
that references the camerafixer.exe program:

Did you download some software to try and get a BestCam webcam to work?
If yes, please contact BestCam for help with their product.
