it can anyone help

Hi,

If WIA (Windows Image Acquisition) is running, then it should be
automatically detected and you would be prompted as to what to do with the
images. Click start/run, type msconfig and click ok. On the services tab,
make sure this service is enabled.

Otherwise, try double clicking on "My Computer" and working your way through
the drive letter that is assigned once the card is detected.

Get a USB or FireWire Memory Card Reader that handles SD memory cards. This way you will
access the pictures by inserting the SD memory card in the memory card reader and access as
a drive letter such as "E:". Additionally, you camera does NOT need to be connected to the
computer and waste the batteries of the camera.

This is the *best* approach.
