Calibrate Capture Card

Hi guys,
Anyone know of a how-to on the web on how to calibrate one's capture
card so the colours appear properly?

ATM it seems that there is too much red and saturation....

Would be the monitor need calabrating. Wat happens if u record and play it
back on a tv?

If I record and play it back on the TV the reds are even more overdone.

If I watch a DVD from the PC then it looks great on the moniter then just a
bit brighter on the TV (the brightness on my tv is up a smidgen).

Ok, i don't know much about capture cards but if u can't get that to work
you could always try change the colors after u record with Virtual Dub or
Adobe Premier, not the ideal solution though, but a quick one....
