Calendaring problem i Exchange server 5.5

After having tried for some weeks without luck to solve this issue, I
turn to this forum hoping that someone might save my day...

I've entered an IT-job in a network using NT4 servers, Exchange 5.5
mail server and mostly XP clients. In the Exchange calendring there is
a problem i cant figure out.

Whenever an employee books a meeting in one of our meeting rooms, a
mail notification goes automatically to two specific persons. These
persons are not among those summoned for the meetings.

As far I can tell, the Resources in Exchange consist of three items; a
folder, a group and a mailbox. I've carefully examined all settings
for all three items on all our resources included in Exchange, but
haven't been able to find any reference to the two peolpe who
constantly get these mails.

Unfortunately, the ones that probably set ut this system aren't
available anymore for me to consult, so I'm left alone to solve the
problem..

Any help or thought would be greatly appreciated!

These two people are probably delegates. Check the mailbox settings of all people and resources that are invited to the meetings. In at least one case the two people will be listed as delegates on someone's mailbox.

To see delegate settings, go to each mailbox and select tools/options/delegates.
