I have one user who is connected to a shared outlook 2003 calendar that
multiple users enter information and for some reason this one person keeps
getting PRIVATE APPOINTMENT on all entries that she enters. Any suggestions??
?

Did this one user upgrade from Office 2000 and did they have Small Business
Customer Manager installed in Outlook 2000?

Yes they upgraded from Office 2000 to 2003.

Have you applied SP-1 or SP-2 to your Office 2003 installations?
