I was wondering if there was a way to get the monthly calendar to not show
mondays but more importantly to expand the saturday and sunday into there
own boxes.
 
No, you cannot hide Mondays. To get the full display of the weekend days,
right click in an empty area of the calendar and select Other Settings.
Uncheck "Compress Weekend Days."
