Monthly View in Calendar

The Monthly view in calendar starts at Monday and has
Saturday and Sunday in the same column, half-height. We
work seven days a week here. We need the calendar to
display the week starting on Sunday, with full columns for
both Saturday and Sunday.

I have Office 2003 so i'm not sure if this will apply to your version, but
try it anyway.

Right click within the calendar (on month/week/day view) and click Customize
Current View. Click the Other Settings button and untick the Compress
Weekend Days option. Voila, 7 day calendar.
