Calendar to populate a form field...

Where can I find / how can I make a pop-up calendar that a user can find a
date, click on it and have it populate a form field on the main page and
close itself?

Is this possible?

I am using FrontPage 2003 and ASP on a Windows 2003 Server with SQL 2000
Server.

In your IE address bar type:
