Calendar time sync

Hi,

I have two users. when user A tries to schedule a calendar meeting for
example 2pm to 3pm with user B, it appears in user B's calendar as 3pm - 4pm.

time on the user dektop is ok

i seem to remember having to execute a command on workstations to refresh
the free busy scheduler.

any hints

User A or user B may have the daylight saving time setting wrong, either in
Windows or in Outlook's calenar.
