Calendar Template in Front Page 2003

After I download a calendar template for FrontPage 2003, how do I install and
use
it in FrontPage?

Microsoft site

There are no instructions on how to incorporate this into a website nor
how to use it. Do you have any suggestioins?

I have Office 2002, which does not have "show template help"

When you download it (by just clicking it) it add it to your My Templates Tab for File New Sites in FP
