Calendar shows busy-all day every day!

I have Outlook 2000, on a Win2k network with Exchange
Server 5.5.

When anyone on our network trys to schedule a meeting
with me, it shows my time as busy - all the time.

My only note is that i have 2 recurring appt's as
reminders each day. But they are each only 30 minute
meetings, and "show time as" is set to "FREE"...

any suggestions?
