Calendar shortcuts disappearing

A user on this network needs instant access to several
calendars. Outlook 2003, Exchange 2000. Windows 2000.
After creating a shortcut to the calendar on the shortcut
list, it disappears.
If we look under calendars, all the calendars she has
access to are available and can be selected and de-
selected.
Any idea why she can't keep a calendar shortcut in the
shortcut list?

Install office 2003 sp1. That workd for me.
